Job Summary
Initiate conversations, share product knowledge, and drive sales through a genuine, personalized experience in every store zone. Maintain Free People's visual and operational standards while supporting the shipment process to stay informed on new arrivals and special offers. Collaborate with peers and leadership in daily meetings, participate in brand initiatives, and uphold safety standards, inventory accuracy, and all company policies. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.
