Job Summary
Greet all customers upon entering the store, build genuine relationships, and determine needs to offer tailored suggestions and alternatives. Assist in maintaining merchandising and operational standards while upholding company policies and loss prevention protocols. Facilitate floor zones based on business needs and ensure a positive final impression at the cash wrap by commenting on items, handling returns, and performing all register functions efficiently. Train new stylists on Register University and maintain cash wrap organization, cleanliness, and restocking.
