Job Summary

Utilize technology to enhance the omni customer experience with up-to-date events and special offers. Maintain Free People's visual and operational standards while supporting the shipment process to gain product awareness. Collaborate with peers and leadership in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses to foster an inclusive, people-first environment. Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and styling priorities. Adhere to safety standards, ensure inventory accuracy, and reduce product loss to support store profitability. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
