Job Summary
Drive sales by providing a genuine, personalized experience to each customer through every zone in the store. Initiate conversations, share advice and product knowledge, and utilize technology to enhance the omni perspective with special offers. Maintain Free People's visual and operational standards while supporting the shipment process to stay aware of new and reshipped products. Collaborate with peers and leadership in daily meetings, share ideas, and participate in brand initiatives. Uphold safety standards, ensure inventory accuracy, and reduce product loss to support store profitability. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.
