Job Summary
Greet all customers upon entering the store, build genuine relationships, and offer suggestions while determining needs. Assist in maintaining store merchandising, uphold company policies, and facilitate floor zones based on business needs. Manage cash wrap organization, cleanliness, and restocking; perform all register functions including efficient transactions, receipt issuance, and signature verification. Train new stylists on Register University and ensure positive customer care at the cash wrap by commenting on items, handling gifts, and requesting contact details. Maintain high loss prevention awareness and demonstrate knowledge of the return policy. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.
