Job Summary
Greet all customers upon entering the store, build genuine relationships, and determine needs to offer personalized suggestions and alternatives. Maintain cash wrap organization, cleanliness, and restock while facilitating floor zones based on business needs. Assist in maintaining merchandising and operational standards, uphold company policies, and ensure loss prevention awareness. Perform all register functions, including ring transactions efficiently, compare signatures, and issue receipts. Offer to hold items, locate out-of-stock products from other stores, and comment on purchases. Inquire about gift wrapping, request contact details, and demonstrate knowledge of the return policy. Train new stylists on Register University and practice proper phone etiquette. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.
