Job Summary
Greet all customers upon entering the store, build genuine relationships, and determine needs to offer suggestions and alternatives. Maintain cash wrap organization, cleanliness, and restock while performing all register functions, including issuing receipts, comparing signatures, and practicing proper phone etiquette. Assist in maintaining store merchandising and operational standards, offer to locate out-of-stock products, and train new stylists on Register University. Uphold all company policies, prioritize loss prevention, and facilitate floor zones based on business needs. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store requirements.
