Job Summary
Greet customers upon entering the store, build genuine relationships, and determine needs to offer tailored suggestions and alternatives. Maintain store merchandising and operational standards while ensuring loss prevention awareness and facilitating floor zones based on business needs. Ring transactions efficiently, compare signatures, and demonstrate knowledge of the return policy. Comment on purchased items, inquire about gift wrapping, and request customer contact details. Train new stylists on Register University and maintain the cash wrap's organization, cleanliness, and restock levels.
