Job Summary
Demonstrate high ownership of store objectives by driving sales through clienteling, personalized product recommendations, and seamless omnichannel service. Greet and engage customers warmly while maintaining visually appealing selling areas, merchandise presentations, and accurate signage. Execute successful promotions and special events to maximize department performance, ensuring all activities align with brand standards and visual merchandising directives. Support store fulfillment and asset protection by adhering to safety guidelines and efficiently managing inventory recovery and stock replenishment. Maintain a positive store culture by building genuine relationships with teammates, vendors, and the community.

- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
