Job Summary
Demonstrate ownership in driving store objectives by delivering personalized product recommendations, executing promotions, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Greet customers warmly to build loyalty while leveraging digital tools for seamless omnichannel support and accurate inventory access. Manage daily recovery, stock replenishment, and asset protection protocols to ensure presentation alignment and safety compliance. Execute successful special events and contribute to a positive store culture through team collaboration and knowledge sharing. Available for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to lift up to 40 lbs.
