Job Summary
Conduct personalized customer interactions by initiating conversations, sharing product knowledge, and driving sales through a genuine, energized experience on the sales floor. Maintain Free People's visual and operational standards while supporting shipment processes to stay informed on new arrivals and inventory. Collaborate with peers and leadership in daily meetings to share ideas, participate in store initiatives, and inspire customers with current trends and styling priorities. Adhere to safety standards, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold company policies to support store profitability. This role requires flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Located at 660 Stanford Shopping Ctr, Palo Alto, California.
