Determine customer needs, offer suggestions and alternatives, and locate out-of-stock products from direct channels or other stores. Assist in maintaining merchandising and operational standards while upholding company policies and monitoring loss prevention. Facilitate floor zones based on business needs, ensure positive cash wrap impressions by commenting on purchases and inquiring about gift wrapping, and ring transactions efficiently. Perform all register functions, including comparing signatures and demonstrating knowledge of the return policy, and maintain cash wrap organization and cleanliness. Train new stylists on Register University and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store requirements.
