Job Summary
Drive sales and build awareness of key metrics by acting as a brand ambassador and reflecting company values. Create selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience through personalized service, elevated styling, and outfitting recommendations. Manage the store environment by facilitating an energized pace, positivity, and daily zone execution while ensuring omni-channel orders are processed timely. Support store operations through daily procedures, shipment processing, restocking, and visual display standards. Teach product knowledge and brand messaging to the Stylist team while guiding their development. Adhere to safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, and reduce product loss to support store profitability. Collaborate with leadership to respond to communications and participate in daily meetings. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
