Manage the store environment and customer experience by facilitating an energized pace, positivity, and driving sales while prioritizing service over tasks. Support store operations by executing daily procedures, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring timely omni-channel order processing. Collaborate with leadership to share information, participate in daily meetings, and guide the Stylist team while developing new skills and responding to feedback.
