Job Summary
Collaborate with the store team to support selling, service, and operations with an emphasis on merchandising and display to create an inspiring visual experience. Act as a brand ambassador by partnering on engaging visual initiatives, training staff on store processes and standards, and driving zone engagement through communication and adaptability. Manage visual direction from planning to execution while overseeing payroll, inventory accuracy, and shipment processes to meet budgets and timelines. Provide global product and visual feedback to leadership, submit store environment photos, and uphold safety standards to support store profitability. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
