Job Summary
Act as a brand ambassador to support selling, service, and operations, creating an engaging visual experience that appeals to customers. Drive store goals by prioritizing customer service and styling recommendations, providing specific feedback to foster accountability. Manage daily operations by assessing sales forecasting, supporting scheduling and payroll, and utilizing tools to analyze product placement and stock levels. Collaborate with partners on shipment processing, restocking, and maintaining display standards while ensuring omni-channel orders are processed accurately. Lead an inclusive team through open dialogue, daily meetings to share product knowledge and brand messaging, and proactive goal setting for personal growth. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years store leadership experience
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
