Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and service operations by acting as a brand ambassador, utilizing MPOS and POS systems to deliver a seamless omni-channel experience. Guide the team in prioritizing customer service and styling recommendations to drive metrics, while participating as manager-on-duty to foster a collaborative selling environment. Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining talent, and sustain operating standards through active sales forecasting, scheduling, payroll, and inventory analysis. Collaborate with partners on shipment processing, restocking, and display standards to ensure visual accuracy and reduce product loss. Adhere to safety policies and company procedures to support store profitability.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years store leadership experience
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
