Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations by acting as a brand ambassador, managing visual displays, and utilizing MPOS and POS systems to deliver a seamless omni-channel experience. Guide the team on prioritizing customer service and styling recommendations to drive metrics, while supporting the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining talent. Assess sales forecasting, support scheduling and payroll, and collaborate with partners on shipment processing and restocking to maintain inventory accuracy and display standards. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to support store profitability.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years store leadership experience
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
