Job Summary
Own planning and allocation for assigned product classes and analyze business performance to identify sales, inventory, and profitability opportunities for both Direct and Retail. Build, maintain, and distribute weekly, month-end, and ad hoc reporting while identifying regional and attribute-level trends to recommend actions. Ensure accuracy of forecasts and apply retail math to evaluate business performance, preparing for re-forecasting, buys, and inventory management for assortment reviews and OTB processes. Translate data into actionable insights and presentations for leadership, collaborating with Buying and cross-functional partners to execute merchandise strategies and drive process improvements. Ensure the right product is delivered to stores at the right time through store in-stock rules and product flow management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
