Job Summary
Create stunning apparel displays that align with Free Fly's style and draw in customers while elevating in-store presence. Merchandise apparel by product category, ensuring displays meet brand guidelines and checking inventory to keep all styles on the floor. Engage with associates and consumers to increase brand awareness, highlighting product features and benefits. Complete store visit reports using the ThirdChannel mobile app to gather intel, take photos, and submit summaries. Commit to managing your own flexible work schedule of store visits in your assigned market. This 1099 independent contractor role offers competitive pay starting at $22/hour with travel incentives added to every visit.
Required Qualifications
- Authentic passion for the Free Fly brand and the quality of their products
- Previous experience merchandising apparel
- Experience in a retail setting
- Friendly personality and ability to build, and nurture, strong relationships with store team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and manage time autonomously
- Comfortable with technology in order to install, and navigate, the ThirdChannel app
- A smart device with internet access (iOS 15.0 or above, Android phones on version 10.0 or above)
- Build merchandising, inventory and customer service experience

- Check inventory in stock room to ensure all styles are on the floor
- Commit to, and manage, your own work schedule of store visits in your assigned market
- Complete store visit reports, utilizing ThirdChannel's mobile app to gather and submit intel, excellent photos, and well-written summaries
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position and provides excellent supplemental income
- Our competitive pay starts at $22/hour and is based on your market and relevant experience
- Travel incentive is added to every store visit
- Store visits are once per month, one-hour each visit
- Store count varies by market
- Design your own flexible work schedule in agreement with store management
- Quarterly video calls with Brand Executives to gain product knowledge and build skills
- Immediate start date upon completion of Brand Rep Certification
