Job Summary
Fraud Strategy VP responsible for designing and validating fraud strategies, capabilities, and processes across product, technology, and operations. Lead data-driven analysis to identify fraud patterns, monitor trends, and drive solutions that balance risk, financial performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new capabilities, specify requirements, and test improvements before and after implementations. Stay current with industry best practices, communicate findings and plans to internal and external partners, and guide roadmap development and execution. Strong emphasis on data analytics, AI/ML utilization, and strategic leadership in a senior, risk-focused role.
Required Qualifications
- MS degree with 7+ years of experience in risk management/data analytics
- relevant fraud experience preferred
- excellent collaboration and partnership skills
- strategic thinking to develop roadmaps and drive execution
- ability to leverage AI and machine learning for effective solutions
