Job Summary
Fraud Specialist I at JPMorgan Chase in Metro Manila engages as the first point of contact for clients, delivering customer service for various financial products. Handles calls, builds strong customer relationships, and offers innovative solutions in a fast-paced call center environment. Performs routine tasks within a well-defined framework, following established procedures, with non-standard issues referred to a supervisor. Manages upwards of 100 calls daily, demonstrates adaptability across multiple computer systems, works independently and with the team to achieve goals, and adheres to regulatory and departmental practices. Requires empathy, effective communication, multitasking, problem-solving, learning products quickly, and comfort with a schedule that may include evenings and weekends or night shifts.
