Job Summary
Fraud Solutions Manager responsible for articulating Visa’s merchant and acquiring-facing Risk & Security Solutions to address client fraud and security needs, including go-to-market strategies, use-case narratives, data-driven business cases, and collaboration across Product, Sales, Strategy, Data Science, and Engineering to drive adoption and revenue. Requires translating technical fraud capabilities into clear value narratives, building market insights, and supporting fraud-discovery conversations with clients. Hybrid work arrangement in San Francisco, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree
- or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
- 7+ years of experience specifically within payments, merchant acquiring, or fraud/risk vendor ecosystems.
- Experience engaging directly with clients to support discovery, solutioning, and recommendation discussions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing data from disparate systems to inform product and market decisions.
