Job Summary
Fraud Operations Investigator handling WhatsApp-based chats for customers with fraud concerns, declined transactions, or case inquiries. You will lead real-time investigations of suspicious transactions, meet SLA/QA targets, build and file chargeback disputes, contribute to fraud-detection efforts, and support continuous improvement of fraud-operations processes. Requires a recent business-major graduate, fluent English, availability for night/weekend shifts, comfort in a fast-paced chat environment, knowledge of remittance/fintech/fraud concepts, strong communication, and meticulous judgment under time pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate from any Business Major
- Fluent English (oral & written)
- Availability for night shifts and weekends may be required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various schedules
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, chat-based operational environment with SLA and QA accountability
- Basic knowledge of remittance, fintech, fraud, chargeback or customer support environments
- Experience with G Suite products
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to make sound judgment calls under time pressure
- Friendly, empathetic, and professional customer-facing demeanor
