Job Summary
Toyota Financial Services is seeking a Fraud Operations Analyst to identify, evaluate, and disposition fraud alerts and investigations across consumer and commercial banking products, support the Robuster anti-fraud program, and improve fraud risk controls. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of fraud operations or risk management experience, plus SAR writing and AML familiarity. This mid-level position may involve coordinating with multiple departments, incident response, and process improvements. Note: Toyota does not sponsor employment-based visas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, banking or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in fraud operations or fraud risk management
- Experience responding to fraud alerts and performing fraud investigations
- Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) writing experience
- Experience analyzing customer accounts, transactional data and behavioral patterns to identify anomalies
- Knowledge of fraud schemes including identity theft, account takeover, scams, and mule activities
- Experience following incident response plans and ensuring timely response to fraud events
- AML experience and familiarity with fraud controls
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in an unstructured environment
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification (preferred)
- CPA or PMP certifications (nice-to-have)
- Quality Assurance for SAR writing and AML experience (preferred)
