Fraud Manager- Investigations

Job Summary
Lead Mountain America Credit Union's Fraud Investigations Team to investigate fraud committed by and against members, maximize recoveries, coach and mentor staff, ensure quality evaluations and adherence to regulatory requirements, and collaborate with analytics and other units to mitigate fraud risks. Role requires directing daily workflow, conducting performance evaluations, training on Visa Chargeback guidelines, and maintaining high-quality member experiences within a hybrid in-office/remote schedule at the Sandy, UT location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in criminology/criminal justice, business, marketing, finance, economics or related field
- 5 years professional experience in a progressive financial setting
- 3 years experience supervising teams
- Certified Financial Crime Investigator or other related certification preferred
Additional Requirements
- Not eligible to perform this role in Colorado or Connecticut, either remotely or in-person
