Lead deep-dive investigations into high-value fraud cases and sophisticated fraud MOs; propose specific rule changes or process improvements to stop fraud and scams; analyze fraud data using Excel and SQL to identify control vulnerabilities; own end-to-end cases including high-stakes customer escalations and external reporting; mentor junior investigators and calibrate the team’s decision-making; balance risk to minimize friction for legitimate customers while taking a hard line against bad actors.
