Fraud Expert (m/f/d)

Lead the company-wide fraud prevention strategy across all products and channels, aligning with risk appetite. Monitor transactions in real-time, optimize fraud detection rules and models, and identify emerging threats through data analysis and market intelligence. Evaluate and manage advanced fraud prevention technologies while collaborating cross-functionally with Payment, Risk, IT, Data, Compliance, Customer Service, and payment providers. Manage escalated fraud incidents, deliver fraud insights and KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. Act as a trusted fraud risk advisor to influence decision-making and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards. Drive initiatives to improve payment success rates, reduce losses, and strengthen customer trust.
