Job Summary
Fraud DeskTop Investigator responsible for investigating suspicious insurance claims and related activities across lines of business, managing all aspects of claim and underwriting investigations, reviewing interviews and statements from witnesses and other parties, obtaining and preserving evidence, coordinating investigative techniques, producing evidential reports to assist adjusters, identifying financial impact in the case management system, contributing to fraud training, completing focused claims reviews, and supporting the Head of Fraud in achieving key deliverables. The role emphasizes in-person collaboration in Greece (Maroussi, Attica) with strong emphasis on evidence gathering, documentation, and timely investigative delivery. English is required; Italian is a plus. Proficiency with PC tools and database systems is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree would be an asset
- Working knowledge in an insurance company on claims/investigating is a considerable plus
- Excellent knowledge of the English language is required; knowledge of Italian would be a plus
- Advanced PC skills and experience with various database search systems are needed
