Fraud Analyst - Spanish Bilingual

Job Summary
Monitor real time queues and identify high risk transactions within the ecommerce platform. Observe customer transactions to detect fraudulent activity and cancel them from further processing. Maintain fraud analysis models to improve system efficiency and recommend anti-fraud processes for changing transaction patterns. Answer phone inquiries from internal and external customers regarding worked cases while championing fraud policies. This role involves handling US-based clients and requires Spanish bilingual proficiency. You will work onsite for three months before transitioning to a hybrid schedule during night shifts in Eastern Time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree of any related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Fraud Analyst
- At least 2 years of experience with Spanish Bilingual
- Handled a US based client is a must
- Amenable to work in Eastwood, Libis Quezon City during onboarding period
- Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive and detail oriented
- Time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work in fast paced dynamic environments where decisions are made without compromising on customer experience and financial losses
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer & Typing literacy/proficiency, working with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to execute multiple objectives concurrently
