Job Summary
Fraud Analyst within Cash Fraud Operations based in Manila, responsible for validating held payments, monitoring fraud-detection queues, and processing end-to-end fraud flow for confirmed cases. Key duties include validating held payments with internal stakeholders, documenting outreach and outcomes, prioritizing queues to meet cutoffs and SLAs, investigating transactions to distinguish true fraud from false positives, managing confirmed fraud cases with Global Security Investigations and OFAC-related processes, contributing to policies and training materials, producing daily/periodic fraud activity reports, and serving as a SME to train and share knowledge across the team. Must bring 2+ years of experience in financial operations or client service, strong English communication, analytical skills, customer-focused mindset, organizational rigor, and flexibility to support varying schedules. Portuguese language proficiency and MS Office skills are preferred.
