Job Summary
Monitor and evaluate fraud alerts, analyzing data to identify fraud trends and work within established procedures to communicate with internal entities. Take preventive measures to minimize damage and impact of fraud to the organization and customers by end-to-end handling of alerts and signals. Participate in discussions regarding new models, fraud trends, process optimization, and building group standards against fraudsters. Requires strong analytical skills, English proficiency, and ability to work 24/7 in a hybrid shift model. Part of ING's cross-border operational team dedicated to protecting 38 million customers across 40 countries.
Required Qualifications
- very good analytical and problem-solving skills
- speak English at B2 level (speaking and writing)
- basic knowledge of cybercrime threats (phishing, malware, social engineering attacks, etc.)
- know the basics of SQL
- experience
- effective in operational work
- show initiative
- commitment and openness to new challenges
- can work under pressure of time
- are ready to work 24/7 (shift work in hybrid mode)
