Job Summary
Demonstrate proper use of STIHL equipment to consumers while explaining, selling, and ordering parts. Manage inventory, perform small engine repair and maintenance, and handle diagnostics for chainsaws and power equipment. Maintain close vision and color identification for safety tasks involving heavy objects like generators. Requires 3-5 years of related experience, forklift certification, and a clean driving record. This hourly position includes overtime eligibility and requires reliable transportation and good attendance.
Required Qualifications
- ability to show consumers how to properly use a wide variety of STIHL equipment
- mechanically inclined
- experience in small engine repair and equipment maintenance
- Experience explaining, demonstrating and selling STIHL brand and other garden equipment
- Experience ordering and looking up parts
- Inventory management
- Must have no mobility issues and be able to lift heavy objects including chainsaws and generators
- Must have close vision and ability to identify colors
- Min 3-5 years related experience
