FranU Clinical Coordinator - Educating Character Initiative - ECI

Oversee undergraduate Nursing faculty development for clinical personnel in acute and community settings. Develop and administer assessment tools to track Virtue Education effectiveness, while managing research on Moral Development and Mindfulness. Design reflection exercises for actual patient encounters and simulations, then round and debrief clinical experiences. Coordinate with the Health System's Nursing Development Specialist to ensure seamless student-to-nurse transitions. This grant-funded position runs through 2028, with renewal contingent on continued funding and institutional approval.
