Job Summary
Perform personal care activities assisting patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, transfers, dressing, and meal preparation. Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments and execute patient-specific tasks such as hospice supportive care, medication reminders, and prescribed range of motion exercises. Provide incontinence care and utilize lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts for bed-bound patients while handling light housekeeping. Offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and multiple income opportunities including employee referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living
- Ability to perform personal hygiene
- Ability to perform ambulation/transfers
- Ability to perform dressing
- Ability to prepare meals and snacks according to instructions
- Ability to accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
- Ability to perform light housekeeping activities
