Job Summary
Franchise Owner responsible for establishing and running a local bath remodeling franchise in Savannah, including marketing the services, building and leading a team, and managing day-to-day operations. You’ll receive ongoing guidance from the parent company, access a multi-tier marketing plan with SEO, social media, and local networking, and benefit from a nationally optimized website with localized pages. The role involves establishing the business, executing lead-generation strategies at wholesale pricing, recruiting qualified candidates, onboarding and training sales, installs, marketing, and operations, and leveraging partnerships with top brands to provide exceptional service. Intensive training is provided—up to two weeks at headquarters and one to two weeks on-site—to ensure you are equipped to run the business confidently from day one. Backgrounds in construction/remodeling, production management, sales, general contracting, real estate, or business ownership are relevant, with a focus on leadership, client relationships, and growth-oriented performance.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to establish and manage a local franchise including marketing, sales, and operations
- Willingness to participate in training programs (HQ and on-site)
