Job Summary
Assess, measure, and drive performance for uBreakiFix franchisees by consulting directly with owners, managers, and store teams. Build influential relationships to identify operational opportunities, develop improvement strategies, and enhance knowledge across revenue generation, salesmanship, customer experience, inventory, and compliance. Routinely analyze business performance reporting to make recommendations, log all communications within internal systems, and align Franchisor resources to maximize franchisee success. Conduct regular meetings with assigned groups and ensure adherence to brand standards and internal policies. Requires up to 70% travel with overnight requirements.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, franchise operations, business consulting, multi location/district management, or relevant experience
- A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
- Internals must currently be in a leadership position
- Internals must be in their current role for a minimum of 6 months
- Have no corrective action with a performance rating of strong or above
- Percent of time: up to 70% travel
- Overnight required: Yes
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Prior experience or involvement in: sales training, leadership development, customer/client service, or consulting
