Job Summary
Own and operate an Aussie franchise store in Subiaco, taking charge of strategy, operations, and customer relationships as the CEO of your store. Recruit and manage brokers and support staff, drive local marketing, and build partnerships with professionals such as buyer’s agents and conveyancers to deliver end-to-end home loan solutions. Monitor KPIs and store growth, pursue revenue opportunities, and collaborate with franchise support for site selection, lease negotiations, and build/tender processes. No prior mortgage broking experience is required; training and licensing support (Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking) are provided through the Franchise Academy to develop leadership and business-ownership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, business ownership, finance, or related fields (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills (preferred)
- Training & Licensing Support: Assistance in obtaining Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (if not already held)
- Enrolment in Franchise Academy
