Job Summary
Franchise Operations Support Officer to work with Banana Moon Day Nursery franchises across the UK, delivering hands-on operational support to drive occupancy, customer experience, family retention and business performance. Responsibilities include conducting nursery visits and operational reviews, supporting franchisees with occupancy strategies and onboarding of new locations, coaching teams on operational systems and tools, monitoring performance indicators and occupancy trends, upholding brand standards, maintaining documentation, and contributing to the development of tools and resources to drive consistency across the network. The role requires strong communication and relationship management, organisational skills, and willingness to travel between nursery locations within the franchise network. Hybrid working model with location in Warwick, UK.
Required Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an early years or childcare setting
- Experience supporting or coaching nursery teams to improve occupancy or operational standards
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common digital platforms (email, scheduling tools, online reporting systems)
