Franchisee onboarding partner for Firehouse Subs focused on assisting new franchisees with onboarding and training for restaurant openings or acquisitions. Coordinates training delivery through a Certified Training Restaurant (CTR) and follows up with the Certified Trainer Manager (CTM). Travels across Canada to facilitate pre-opening training. Builds professional relationships with franchisees, their teams, vendors, and brand departments to ensure training deadlines are met and that franchisees operate within Firehouse Subs standards and policies. Develops strong partnerships with Franchise Business Partners to enable effective onboarding and training support.
