Job Summary
Lead end-to-end artwork processes for regulatory submissions and first launch waves, coordinating across markets, sites, CMOs, and external providers to ensure compliance and accuracy. Act as the primary artwork contact for assigned NPI and NBD projects, managing multiple complex requirements while resolving design queries with Industrialisation and NPI teams. Secure commitments on timelines and milestones with Market, Site, and Artwork Provider groups, initiating continuous improvement projects to sustain standard ways of working. Coordinate major cross-regional artwork and packaging projects driven by regulatory or operational changes, assessing capacity to support NPI project requirements during periods of abnormal demand.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in a technical or business-related field
- Foundational knowledge of supply chain processes
- Proven experience managing complex projects in cross-functional and matrix environments
- Experience supporting global brands and/or new product introduction activities
- Experience in pharmaceutical, vaccines or FMCG packaging, customer management or artwork delivery environments
- Knowledge of commercial print processes
- Knowledge of artwork construction
- Knowledge of pre-press stages
- Knowledge of colour management
- Knowledge of print supplier relationships
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to communicate clearly across diverse stakeholder groups
Desired Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive issue resolution in complex or changing situations
- Confidence in managing diverse stakeholder relationships across functions, regions and external partners
- Ability to deliver effectively against tight deadlines in fast-moving and evolving decision-making environments
- Membership of a relevant supply logistics, artwork or packaging industry body
