Job Summary
Support specialty banking business development and senior Portfolio Managers by identifying prospects, coordinating marketing efforts, and structuring large complex transactions. Underwrite pre-screen memos and loan presentations while assisting in reviewing monthly/quarterly financial statements, completing renewals, and monitoring client relationships for compliance with credit standards. Deepen relationships with existing and new clients through community and business functions to establish referral contacts and maintain a positive regional image. Manage an assigned portfolio by reviewing operating performance and ensuring adherence to bank policies, including BSA and OFAC requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience in specialty or commercial banking
- Related specialty banking or finance experience
