Job Summary
Support specialty banking business development and senior Portfolio Managers by identifying prospects, coordinating marketing efforts, and assisting with the review and structuring of large complex transactions. Manage an existing client portfolio by monitoring operating performance, reviewing financial statements, completing renewals and annual reviews, and ensuring compliance with credit standards. Underwrite pre-screen memos and loan presentations while deepening relationships with existing and new clients. Participate in community and business functions to establish referral contacts and maintain a positive bank image. Maintain current knowledge of bank lending, depository, and wealth products, and adhere to all regulatory requirements including BSA and OFAC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience in specialty or commercial banking
- Related specialty banking or finance experience
