Franchise Finance Coordinator

Job Summary
Serve as the primary financial liaison for franchisees, guiding them through financing requirements, lender interactions, and documentation from approval through restaurant opening. Monitor financing progress, address obstacles impacting timelines, and maintain regular communication regarding project status and milestones. Coordinate financial milestones with construction, real estate, legal, and operations teams while ensuring franchisees meet established deadlines and complete required documentation. Track franchise financing pipelines, prepare status reports for leadership, and maintain accurate records within development tracking systems. Partner with cross-functional teams to support successful openings and assist with special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in financial services, lending, franchise development, project coordination, banking, or related fields
- Strong understanding of basic finance, lending, and business financial concepts
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
- Ability to work effectively with franchisees, lenders, and cross-functional partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting multi-step projects with numerous stakeholders preferred
- Franchise, hospitality, restaurant, or retail development experience is a plus
- Experience with CRM, project management, or development tracking systems preferred
