Job Summary
Drive the expansion of the brand across the United States by identifying and acquiring new franchise partners; analyze market potential, locations, and regional dynamics to support strategic growth decisions; navigate and evaluate legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to franchising in the United States; lead and support negotiations of franchise agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders; build strong relationships with partners and guide them through the onboarding process; act as a key interface between headquarters and US partners to ensure a smooth market entry and sustainable growth; travel to markets and work in hybrid/remote arrangements; preferred bases are New York, USA or Barcelona, Spain with regular travel to the US; combines fieldwork, remote work, and close collaboration with CINNAMOOD HQ.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in franchise development, expansion, or business development – ideally in the US market
- Strong understanding of franchise structures, contracts, and market entry strategies
- Experience navigating legal and regulatory environments in international markets (US strongly preferred)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel and actively shape a fast-growing international brand
- Strong existing network of potential franchise partners and/or suppliers is a strong advantage
