Job Summary
Draft, prepare, and administer franchise agreements across a global multi-brand portfolio; support domestic and international transactions using approved templates and playbooks; ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards and jurisdictional requirements; manage contracts through a CLM system from draft through execution and ongoing maintenance; collaborate with Legal, Franchise Sales, Finance, Brand Representatives, and Enablement to reflect approved deal structures; maintain data integrity, identify issues, and ensure compliance with policies and workflows; operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple contracts and high attention to detail; prioritize continuous improvement of drafting standards, templates, and governance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience drafting, preparing, or administering contracts
- Direct experience with franchise agreements strongly preferred
- Exposure to or experience supporting international contracts
- Strong written communication and contract drafting skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines with precision and organization
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and electronic contract lifecycle management systems
