Job Summary
Franchise Business Developers drive growth through prospecting franchisees, cold calling, and delivering demos to discuss digital marketing strategies; manage Salesforce CRM pipeline; participate in 3- to 6-month training and clear advancement path to Senior and Director roles within 12–18 months; opportunities to lead a team of 4 business developers; provide compelling ROI to franchise partners and advance via promotions.
Required Qualifications
- Self motivated and driven
- Proven sales experience
- Outbound cold calling experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Have 2+ years of face to face & cold calling experience
- Preferable high ticket sales experience with small business
