Franchise Business Consultant Trainee I

Job Summary
Conduct on-site training at restaurant locations to ensure customers receive correct orders within service time goals and that products meet company specifications. Perform labor scheduling, food ordering, and product projections to maintain operational flow, while guiding franchisees through business reviews and operational evaluations. Provide expert counsel on all aspects of restaurant operations, analyze sales and cost data to offer customized improvement directions, and resolve out-of-specification issues promptly. Travel regularly to brand partner restaurants nationwide for instruction, coaching, and brand protection, acting as a liaison between corporate departments and franchise owners. Maintain documentation for assigned franchisees and candidates, assist colleagues with new store openings and concept implementations, and develop materials for special meetings as requested.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Strong relationship, team building, and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Demonstrated planning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Basic proficiency with the MS Office Suite (notably MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel by airplane and automobile to visit existing or potential franchisees and to attend company events or meeting
- Must maintain reliable transportation and be able to travel locally to offices, stores, and other company locations as required
- Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds and the ability to reach and move items from as high as six (6) feet and as low as six (6) inches off the ground
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% (overnight travel required)
- Works in-store as required assisting, training, demonstrating, or advising
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a Little Caesars restaurant
- Previous experience in restaurant-level operations within a multi-unit environment, preferably QSR
- Experience managing operations in a restaurant or retail environment
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements, supported by strong analytical skills
- Previous point of sale system experience
- Knowledge of legal and other issues related to franchising
