Job Summary
Coach assigned Quebec franchise partners through regular store visits, structured business reviews, and quarterly Brand Promise Report audits to ensure operational excellence and brand compliance. Analyze store-level P&L data and key performance indicators to identify gaps, then guide partners on implementing corporate initiatives, new product launches, and system changes. Facilitate onboarding for new franchisees with hands-on training support while building trust-based relationships grounded in mutual respect. Serve as the primary brand representative in the Quebec market by partnering with national marketing to execute localized strategies and driving visibility through community events, sponsorships, and stakeholder engagement. Gather market intelligence on consumer trends and competitive activity to report findings to leadership and contribute to feasibility analysis for new store openings. Ensure all partner teams remain compliant with brand standards, food safety protocols, and operational procedures through bilingual training delivery and corrective action planning.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a multi-unit director, sector manager, or franchise consultant in a restaurant or hospitality brand
- Complete professional mastery of French and English (written and spoken)
- Residency in the Greater Montreal area
- Demonstrated experience in a coaching, consulting, or field leadership role
- Familiarity with the Quebec regulatory environment and provincial work standards
- Prior experience in community engagement, local marketing, event coordination, or brand ambassador roles
- Financial acumen: ability to read P&L statements, interpret SPLH and COGS data, and translate insights into concrete coaching
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of POS systems, planning software, and reporting platforms
