Job Summary
Franchise Business Consultant at EverLine Coatings is a remote, full-time leadership role focused on training and supporting a growing franchisee network. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one visits, virtual training, and area meetings to drive franchise performance; coaching to improve customer/franchisee experiences and KPI metrics (e.g., 4.5 online reviews, Net Promoter Score of 70+); providing strategic direction for revenue growth, service-line expansion, profitability analyses, and operational planning; maintaining CRM-documented activities and weekly updates; onboarding and developing franchise ownership and staff; leveraging tools such as Google Workspace, SAAS-based CRMs, and QuickBooks Online; ensuring adherence to EverLine Coatings Operating System; and traveling up to 75% to visit franchises and attend corporate meetings. Skills emphasized include executive communication, leadership, training delivery, data-driven decision making, financial acumen, relationship-building with franchisees, and proficiency with relevant software and systems. The role requires a college degree or equivalent experience and a professional, results-oriented mindset aligned with the company values.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years as Assistant Business Consultant for a franchise system OR five (5) years as a successful business owner
- English language fluency
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, with people at all levels of the organization
- Passion to serve franchisees through consultative skills
- Ability to present and speak professionally to large groups
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and SAAS-based CRMs
- Understanding of the EverLine Coatings operating system and financial statements
- Knowledge of training venues, resources, and programs
- Professional representation and etiquette in client-facing contexts
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate within company values (DRIVEN)
